These terms provide a general framework for enquiries, proposals and experience bookings with SPIREMI. Specific terms, prices, inclusions and requirements will be stated in the quotation or booking confirmation for each itinerary.
Quotes and reservations
A quotation is not a confirmed reservation unless SPIREMI expressly confirms the booking and any required payment or deposit has been received. Availability may change before confirmation.
Tailor-made itineraries
Routes may involve independent local providers and may be adjusted to reflect availability, weather, safety, environmental conditions, local regulations and the needs of the group.
Participant responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the requested activity, following instructions from guides and operators, using required safety equipment and complying with applicable participation requirements.
Third-party services
Some components may be provided by independent accommodations, guides, transport companies, artisans, instructors or activity operators. Their own operating conditions may also apply.
Changes and force majeure
SPIREMI may recommend or make reasonable changes when necessary because of weather, access restrictions, safety concerns, natural events, provider availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
