Please do not send detailed medical information unless Spiremi or the applicable specialist provider has specifically requested it through an appropriate channel.

5. Sharing with travel and service providers
To prepare or operate an itinerary, Spiremi may share only the information reasonably necessary with participating providers, which may include guides, instructors, accommodations, transport companies, activity operators, artisans, community hosts, wellness practitioners, payment or technology providers and professional advisers. These providers may process information under their own privacy responsibilities and service terms.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a competent authority, an emergency or the protection of a person's safety or legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
6. International travellers and service coordination
If you contact Spiremi from another country, your information may be communicated to and processed in Mexico. When an itinerary requires a provider located elsewhere, relevant information may be processed in that provider's jurisdiction. Privacy protections can vary by country; Spiremi seeks to limit each disclosure to what is necessary for the requested service.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, cancellation where appropriate, or opposition to certain processing (commonly known in Mexico as ARCO rights). 10. Information about other people and minors
If you provide information about another traveller, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and that the person has been informed about the relevant processing. A parent or legal guardian should provide information concerning a minor. Spiremi does not knowingly use a minor's information for direct marketing without appropriate authorization.
